Barnes head into their first pre season game this Sunday coming out of the extended break in football due to a global pandemic.
Barnes and the rest of the league have had only a month to prepare for the start of pre season fixtures and Sundays game will be a good test to see what level the side are at.
With a good mix of new lads and existing players, Barnes will looking to hit the ground running in their pre season opener and bounce back from last season.
The opposition on Sunday “UBLCFC” are a league above Barnes and finished a respectable 5th in the league table last season. Before the season was cut short they had picked up 5 wins from 10 games drawing 2 and losing the rest.
The 1st game under the belt for both teams in what what be a long but very important pre season.
