Pre season training
Barnes are back underway for pre season.
Last Tuesday we kicked off our first pre season training session under very different circumstances due to COVID 19.
Following government guidelines we have been able to get back playing football while maintaining our distance through no tackling, passing drills and a lot of fitness work.
Training twice a week on a Tuesday evening and Sunday morning means everyone is slowly getting back to full match fitness ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Zoom calls have been a massive boost allowing players to call up rather than meet up to do their fitness workouts, It’s made it easier for our players and safer for everyone.
We look forward to getting back onto the pitch and improving from last season.
