With the world in a difficult and almost unknown place right now Barnes Stormers Football Club continues to back the Government and will continue to urge people to stay inside.
The message from the Government has been clear from the moment we entered lockdown on THAT Monday, stay home and only leave for essentials.
While the club are gutted we can’t complete our first full season in the Southern Sunday Football League we cannot argue or fault the Government’s attempts to make it safe for us to play again.
The more we follow the rules of the Government the quicker this will all be over and we can play football again, but until then we must be patient and follow the rules.
